It is important that this individual has good communication skills, attention to detail, is motivated, and dedicated to a **full time position** at Henderson Construction.
While working with Henderson you will provide support to the team environment in the following areas:
1. Receive bin orders and arrange for services.
2. Track bins and inventory, create invoices and bill bins.
3. Schedule, coordinate and dispatch trucks.
4. Coordinate aggregates and large equipment floats and obtaining all relevant permits.
5. Filing, creating binders, templates and general office duties.
6. Assist in training for all employees.
8. Assist in arranging employee clearance for work sites.
9. Responsible for ISN Network account, including tracking and quarterly reporting.
10. Backup for reception.
**Must have QuickBooks Desktop experience and invoicing experience.**
