**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch/Field Coordinator to join our team for an 18 month contract. The Dispatch/Field Service Coordinator plays a critical role in overseeing scheduling, customer communication, service dispatch, and overall workflow coordination to ensure the efficient operation of our service team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate routine service work by working closely with service team and clients to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Schedule and manage service agreements and contract obligations, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance and warranty deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and directing service calls and tickets.
- Prioritize and coordinate emergency service calls by efficiently organizing labour and communicating with clients.
- Prepare detailed service reports with feedback from Field Engineers.
- Manage on call scheduling and duty assignment.
- Approve service team members timesheets.
- Review and approve invoices and process purchase orders.
- Generate service quotes and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
- Conduct audits of driving records during active shifts to ensure compliance and safety.
- Ensure completion of safety tasks required by the service team.
- Oversee the distribution and administration of service team uniforms.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Field Service Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: $62,500.00-$78,000.00 per year
