Office Administrator/customer Service

We have a full-time opportunity for an reliable, focused Admin/ Customer Service person to join our team in our office in Port Coquitlam, BC. The duties performed within this position would be flexible, based upon skill level and the needs of the business at a given time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with insurance companies for warranty purchases.
Working with various government departments in regards to grants and rebates.
Data entry in dispatching and accounting software.
Maintain and organize filing system.
DESIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
Working knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular MS Excel.
Ability to learn accounting and dispatch software.
Strong written and oral communication skills (English);
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Must be highly organized with ability to work independently and in a team environment;
Desire to be a long term employee and contribute to the company's overall success.
HVAC & Dispatching Experience a bonus
COMPENSATION
Dependent on experience.
Thomson also offers an extended benefit package and Group RRSP.
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
