**Account Executive - Launch Your Career in Logistics**
**Location: Kitchener, ON**

At **Lumico Logistics**, your effort drives your success. We’re looking for ambitious, competitive individuals who want to break into logistics, build a strong sales career, and get rewarded for results.

We’re a fast-growing **third-party logistics (3PL) provider**, moving freight across North America. With demand rising, we’re expanding our sales team with **Account Executives** who are ready to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do
- Make daily outbound sales calls to potential shippers
- Build and manage relationships with clients and carriers
- Provide tailored freight solutions that solve customer needs
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to delivery follow-up
- **Cold calling is a key part of this role early on. Over time, focus shifts to account management.**_

What You Bring

- The drive to succeed in a performance-based environment
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Post-secondary education preferred
- No logistics background necessary - we provide training

What You’ll Build

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
