We’re a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, helping companies move freight across the U.S. and Canada. As demand rises, we’re expanding our sales team to bring on high-potential individuals ready to grow with us.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate freight rates and service terms tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to delivery follow-up.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

**Note**: Cold calling is essential in the early stages. As you grow your portfolio, your focus will shift toward client retention and service.

**What You Bring**
- A strong work ethic and commitment to consistency.
- Comfort with cold calling and working in a metrics-driven role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive nature with a desire to win and grow.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Sales or customer-facing experience is an asset — but not required.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
