**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and hardworking individual to join our team as an Account Executive. If you are a team player ready to invest your skills and effort, this role is for you At Lumico, you will have the opportunity to advance your career in sales while working alongside a dedicated team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Confidently engage in cold calling to generate leads (business-to-business)
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Provide competitive rates to customers and prospects
- Attract and onboard new clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
- Process orders and provide necessary paperwork to clients and carriers
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers

**Required Experience**:

- College diploma or undergraduate degree (minimum)
- Experience in sales, customer relations, and cold calling is a plus
- Background in logistics or transportation industry is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Communication skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Negotiation: 1 year (preferred)
