**Job description**
Cornerstone Engineering is a mid-sized engineering and project management company providing services for the oil and gas sector in Western Canada. We are currently recruiting a project administrator to join our growing team. If you are someone who is responsible, highly self-motivated, and possess a strong desire to learn and be challenged continually, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to lead project administrator and project managers to ensure technical team members are assisted, project timelines are shortened, and communication between client and project team is fluid.
- Assist with procurement processes including drafting and issuing purchase orders and communication with vendors and clients.
- Assist with document control, project document preparation, managing client and vendor invoicing, and project close-out tasks.
- Complete various organizational and administrative tasks to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project engineering team and ensure project deliverables are completed on budget and schedule.
**Requirements**:
- Possess strong organizational skills, key attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and team members in a professional manner.
- Excel in planning, prioritizing, and working under pressure to meet set deadlines.
- Exude a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Possess a minimum of two years of experience working in an administrative role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Possessing accreditation in business administration may be considered an asset.

Pay: $36,555.16-$61,809.34 per year
