Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Calgary, AB. The Office Administrator will handle daily administrative tasks, manage office equipment, maintain records, and support the smooth operation of office activities. Responsibilities include general bookkeeping, coordinating office communications, managing schedules, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including organizing files and managing schedules
- Experience with operating and maintaining Office Equipment such as computers, printers, and other essential tools
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and relationship management
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in common office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Prior experience in an administrative or office management role is beneficial
