**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in business development in construction in the GTA.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
