**What You’ll Do**

As a **Business Development & Brand Engagement Specialist**, you’ll focus on **winning new business, strengthening our brand presence, and leveraging market intelligence to drive client acquisition.**

**Business Development & Client Acquisition**
- Identify and secure **new client partnerships** in IT and other high-growth verticals within the **Canadian market**.
- Use **market research, competitive intelligence, and hiring data** to uncover **job orders and industry trends.**:

- Develop and execute **targeted outreach strategies** to engage decision-makers through **networking, LinkedIn, and industry events.**:

- Confidently discuss **technical hiring needs** with clients, positioning Brydon Gama as their go-to recruitment partner.

**Brand & Social Media Growth**
- Enhance Brydon Gama’s **LinkedIn and social media presence** to **attract clients and top talent.**:

- Develop content strategies (company updates, success stories, industry insights) to drive **engagement and inbound interest.**:

- Represent Brydon Gama at industry events, meetups, and networking opportunities to expand our brand influence.

**Business Intelligence & Market Research**
- Leverage **Power BI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and automation tools** to track hiring trends and **identify new business opportunities.**:

- Stay ahead of **recruitment and technology industry trends**, ensuring our business development efforts are data-driven.
- Analyze **pipeline data and conversion metrics** to refine outreach strategies and improve engagement.

**Who You Are**
- **1-3 years of experience** in **business development, recruitment sales, or market research**.
- Strong understanding of **recruitment** and the ability to engage hiring managers in meaningful discussions.
- **Proven track record** of building and maintaining client relationships in a sales-driven role.
- Experience using **LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot (or similar CRM tools)** for prospecting.
- **Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to generate revenue** in a commission-based structure.
- Strong communication skills with a **natural ability to network and influence.**:

- Social media savvy—comfortable with **content creation and personal branding strategies.**

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
