- Manage all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving
- Coordinate with the Events Manager to plan and execute special events and promotions
- Oversee a team of bartenders and bar staff, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support
- Develop and implement creative beverage programs that align with our brand and customer preferences
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards
- Maintain a high level of customer service and respond promptly to guest feedback or concerns
- Conduct bi-weekly inventories, participate in bi-weekly manager meetings, and oversee weekly ordering
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
- Familiarity with inventory management and the ability to optimize stock levels
- Outstanding customer service abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting

Hours and Availability:

- The Bar Manager role requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bi-weekly inventories, bi-weekly manager meetings, and weekly ordering will be part of the regular routine.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive wage > $50,000 annually, including tips
- Two weeks of paid vacation per year
