**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain all aspects of bar operations, including setting up standard operating procedures
- Oversee the creation and refinement of the beverage menu, including cocktails, whiskeys, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring a diverse and enticing selection that complements the culinary offerings and reflects the restaurant's concept
- Oversee and manage bar inventory, including ordering and stock control
- Supervise and lead the bar staff, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with the bar team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Stay informed about beverage trends and provide recommendations to customers
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Ontario liquor laws and regulations, including Smart Serve certification
- Proven track record of menu development and refinement, as well as experience in managing operational issues and adapting to changing circumstances
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize profitability
- Flexibility and adaptability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
