**The Role**

The Bar Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a beverage program that ensures we have the most exciting and well-executed drinks to fit our concept’s direction as possible. They prides themselves in consistently delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example for our team.

Our staff are the key to our operation’s success. The Bar Manager creates a positive work environment, increases employee morale and supports their success through the training of our steps of service, product knowledge, cocktail techniques and recipe adherence. They have a real passion for food and beverage and can creatively combine that love with an understanding of best business practices to manage inventory, staff, and operational duties.

Responsible for all bar functions and aiding the GM with equipment maintenance, sanitation, cleanliness, safety, labor targets and cost controls.

How do we achieve this?
- Maintain and create an environment where all staff are properly supported and trained
- Regularly praising your achievements and successes
- Keeping our staff informed and educated on current and upcoming venue developments
- Reviewing and improving staff performance and overall job satisfaction
- Staff outings by and/or to vineyards, breweries, and distillers for training
