Vancouver, Canada West Oak Restaurant Full time

As a manager at WestOak Restaurant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front of house operation. This position reports to the owner, essential job scope includes but is not limited to:

- **Responsibilities**_
- Manage staff and maintain operations by preparing policies & standard operating procedures; Implement & maintain service standards, beverage menus & budgets
- Taking an active role in training & developing the FOH team members; Recruitment of colleagues, implementation of labor and beverage costs
- Provide direction to other supervisors & ensure productivity levels are achieved
- Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times & promote teamwork between front of house, culinary and all other departments within the hotel
- Maintain patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating & auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; Running of a busy, smooth service (physical presence)
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the owner

Note: Experience required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
