Our Restaurant Group is looking for a Restaurant Manager to provide leadership and direction for restaurant staff of a few locations. You should be highly motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. As the Restaurant manager you’ll be responsible for developing a vision and motivating team members to execute it, while ensuring they respect the Group's core values. Communication skills are very important as you will be managing people and maintain rapport with restaurant employees at all levels. You will also be responsible for implementing new policies, procedures and practices aimed at improving the quality of our operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day to day management of all personnel and all tasks necessary to ensure the smooth and efficient running of restaurants
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation and development, compensation and discipline
- Manage restaurant service and food quality to ensure a great customer experience
- Supervise and manage administrative functions, including payroll and cash handling
- Oversee any marketing/promotions activity for restaurants
- Maintain a positive relationship with vendors including suppliers
- Monitor adherence to company standards of cleanliness, sanitation and food safety

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
