Reporting to the General Manager, the **Restaurant Manager** is responsible for the day to day operation of Nightingale.

- Proven success with profit, people, quality, and customer service development

**All applicants must have a minimum 2-3 years of comparable management experience within a high volume, high-calibre establishment.**
