**Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our culinary team at Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier. In this role, you will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Your leadership will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
- Develop and implement menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and local flavors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to align restaurant goals with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in menu planning and cost control is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
