**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management from initiation to completion.
- Negotiate and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship-building.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
