Business Development Executive/customer Service

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market to expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Hubspot for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Prior experience with cold calling and cold lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- A valid G driver's license is required.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
