- Office Administration/Business/Finance Diploma and a commitment to continuous industry-related education
- At least 2 years of financial services/insurance experience
- Min. 2 years of administrative experience
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite particularly MS Excel and Word with an aptitude for learning new technology and experience with tools such as DocuSign, Constant Contact, Adobe, and CRM Software
- Customer-centric and a collaborative team player
- Meticulous and strong independent worker
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, responding promptly to requests; effective telephone techniques; tact, courtesy, and patience
- Adaptable to change, with an understanding of the need to quickly change priorities and respond in a positive manner
- Demonstrate a proactive approach, showing initiative toward process improvement and individual development
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively with continuous interruptions
- Strong critical thinking skills and a can-do attitude

**Assets**
- LLQP Certification (Life License Qualification Program)
- Bilingual in English/Cantonese
- Strong knowledge of marketing trends
