**Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
- Help manage employee relations, coordinate training programs, and assist with performance evaluations.
- Perform general office administration, including filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining organized documentation systems.
- Assist with inventory management and supplies procurement
- Assist with document control, safety documentation, and compliance record management.
- Participate in health, safety, and wellness initiatives across the organization.
- All other office duties deemed necessary by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative support preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment standards, and office administration best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HRIS or similar systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
