Contracts Administrator – Oil & Gas | St. Albert, AB

Contract Position | Supporting Capital Projects or Operations

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support contract management activities across procurement, project execution, and vendor coordination. This role will be based in St. Albert and may support either capital projects or operational scopes depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and related documentation
  • Support bid evaluations, contract award processes, and onboarding of vendors
  • Monitor contract compliance, deliverables, and change management workflows
  • Coordinate with supply chain, legal, and project teams to resolve contract-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness
  • Track key dates, obligations, and performance metrics across active contracts

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in contracts administration, preferably in oil & gas or industrial sectors
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and contract lifecycle management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and contract management systems
  • Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
