We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Medical Sales Assistant to support our executive sales team in driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role combines administrative expertise, sales support, and industry knowledge to enhance team performance and achieve company goals.
**Key Responsibilities:Sales Support**:
- Assist the executive sales team in developing and managing client accounts, including scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and managing follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Coordinate and prepare sales presentations, reports, and materials tailored to client needs.
- Track sales data, KPIs, and client interactions in CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting.
**Administrative Assistance**:
- Manage executives' calendars, organize travel arrangements, and coordinate meetings.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Prepare detailed meeting agendas, notes, and action plans.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Act as a liaison between clients and the executive sales team to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Support in resolving client concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to address client questions and assist in closing sales.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a similar role, ideally in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical sales or healthcare products is a plus.

**Application Instructions**:
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
