**Responsibilities, Training and Experience**:

- Assist Physician with accurately charting patient’s medical history and medications in the electronic medical records
- Assist in diagnostic testing preparation
- Maintain and assist in cleaning rooms, sanitizing equipment and laundry
- Electronic filing, faxing and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of cardiac medications and commonly associated comorbidities
- Ability to be flexible and work with adjustments to the schedule as workload requirements change
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
