The Moose Jaw Police Service is seeking a highly organized and dependable person with a foundational understanding of the role of an executive assistant, to join the Moose Jaw Police Service Executive Team.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- High School Diploma supplemented by a Business Administration Certificate or Diploma
- 2 years minimum related work experience.
- Experience in legal, paralegal sector is an asset.
- Acceptable combination of education and experience may be considered.

**Prerequisites**:

- Must meet Moose Jaw Police Service security and integrity requirements.
- Proven clear and effective oral and written communication skills; fluent in spoken English.
- Proven interpersonal skills.
- Proven reliability in being able to display good judgement concerning highly confidential matters.
- Advanced understanding and skills related to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, GroupWise, PowerPoint) virtual meeting platforms are essential along with the ability to quickly and proficiently learn new technological and computer programs.
- Experience in developing and maintaining complex filing systems (paper and digital).
- Experience in organizing meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Ability to organized multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, highly dependable with the ability to promote and maintain a positive image to office of the Chief of Police and executive team is imperative.
- Willingness to develop a deep understanding and ability to work in a leadership and governance environment.

**Salary**:
Range between $70,993 and $86,292 annually
