Reporting to the Director of Agile Portfolio Management, the Portfolio Manager leads the strategic management of initiatives and projects across the entire Canadian Operations portfolio.

The Portfolio Manager understands process portfolio management, how organizational strategy drives team-level outcomes, objective and key results. This role is responsible for supporting leaders in aligning their priorities to the organizational strategies and committed work.

**What will you do?**
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic importance, resource availability and business impact.
- Oversee centralized portfolio and project repositories, ensuring it remains current and aligned with organizational needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed portfolio reporting and analytics to provide insights and strategic alignment.
- Create and deliver stakeholder communications for ongoing priorities, including status updates, roadmaps, dependencies, pressure points and key decisions requiring alignment.
- Partner with platform owners and key stakeholders to maintain portfolio management and financials.
- Act as a liaison between Canadian Operations and other business units to ensure cross-functional alignment on portfolio initiatives.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Experience in or excited to learn Agile way of working (e.g., quick iterations with done better than perfect)
- Understanding of project life cycle and delivery
- Financial knowledge to support budgeting, forecasting and decision making
- Advanced knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficiency in portfolio management tools and methodologies (Jira, Confluence, Share Point, Planview, etc)

- Strong communication skills with comfort speaking with business stakeholders and influencing others
- Process-oriented with an attention to detail and information quality

- Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace
