Partners with Manager, Growth Portfolio, Director, Advisor Practice Management & Growth, Platform/Delivery (build/run owners), Risk/Legal, Finance/Data, Field/Brand. Partners with Manager, Growth Portfolio, Manager, Advisor Practice Management & Growth, Director, Advisor System of Work, Platform/Delivery (build/run owners), Risk/Legal, Finance/Data, Field/Brand.
Note: Portfolio ownership role. Digital/Platform own engineering build/run; you set priorities, acceptance criteria, and hold outcomes.
What you will do
- Operationalize growth priorities by translating them into in-platform workflows (Advisor Portal/CRM) with routing, states, notifications, and SLO chains.
- Build transparency: define instrumentation, dashboards & reporting to make performance and bottlenecks visible.
- Drive launch readiness with clear playbooks/handoff criteria and definition of ready/done. No launch without measurement and enablement.
- Lead execution at scale through release intake, prioritization and corss-functional coordination while protecting usability/performance.
- Track outcomes; iterate or pause when evidence misses the bar; partner with Finance/Data on attribution and margin impact.
Outcomes you will be measured on
- Time-to-Advice down; pull-through/conversion up.
- % work executed in-platform; SLA reliability; rework/exception reduction.
- Advisor productivity and first-contact resolution.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product/operations in financial services or similar domains.
- Hands-on with CRM/Portal as a system of work (objects, queues, flows, routing, instrumentation).
- Change leadership with field managers; strong writing and executive communication.
- Comfort with credit policy and pricing economics.

HybridSalary range is expected to be between
$105,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
