SLC Management offers a mix of in-office and virtual work where our employees are empowered to do their best. Generally, employees are expected to work three or more days in-office each week with flexibility depending on their business, client and team needs.

**What is in it for you**:
**What you will do**:

- Provide operational support for the execution of private asset allocations across eligible SLC clients in accordance with all policies.
- Prepare details such as key rate duration profiles and currency hedging requirements for use in execution of new private asset allocations.
- Produce management information reports at various frequencies, including updates on relative value and private asset sourcing progress.
- Oversee daily trading and quarterly/annual rebalancing for some managed fund segments.
- Provide support to other senior members of the SLC Portfolio Management team as necessary on ad-hoc projects, compliance, business continuity, or other audit requests.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- A strong interest in Investments and Finance paired with a university degree in Finance/Economics/Business.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analysis, VBA.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology (Bloomberg, BlackRock Aladdin, Morningstar, etc)

**ADDITIONAL SKILLS (OR PREFERRED SKILLS)**:

- CFA or progress towards the CFA charter.
- 2+ years’ experience in the Investment Industry.
- Strong time management skills; flexible, adaptable, able to react quickly to emerging needs/problems
