Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant(Part-time)

**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
**Maintain General Ledgers in Quickbooks**
**Utilize accounting software to process all financial transactions**
**Conduct monthly Bank Reconciliation and reconcile credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies**
**Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable**
**Assist the team with general administrative tasks**
- Other duties may be added as defined
**Requirements**:
- Experience in using QuickBooks is MUST
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping is must
- Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience is must
- Minimum one years experience with full-cycle A/P, A/R and related accounting processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and One drive
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills
**Education**:
- A High school diploma or equivalency combined with job related work experience as this roll will be demanding.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week
