**What You’ll Do**
- **Work closely with our finance and management teams to support day-to-day office operations**:
- **Track incoming supplier invoices and match them to corresponding BCI purchase orders**:
- **Perform general administrative tasks such as digital and paper filing**:
- **Provide occasional backup support to our payroll team during staff absences**:
- **Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) to manage data, documents, and communications**

- **Attention to detail, especially when handling numbers and documents**:
- **Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general computer systems**:
