**Project Administrator/ Coordinator**
TECHNO METAL POST CALGARY INC. is looking for a positive, energetic and experienced Project Administrator/Coordinator to join our small and closely-knit, Calgary team. If you enjoy taking a project from start to finish, while keeping everything organized and running smoothly, this position is for you.
As part of TECHNO METAL POST, the Project Administrator/Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure that customers, vendors, staff and management are provided communication and direction in an effective, efficient and professional manner. As the first point of contact for TECHNO METAL POST CALGARY INC., the Project Administrator/Coordinator places great emphasis on our company values and ensures those values are consistently on display.
**APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
- High energy and positive individual
- Familiarity with the Construction Industry and reading/interpret plans / engineer drawings would be beneficial.
- Knowledge and familiarity with general residential construction industry is an asset
- Able to handle confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and spoken communication skills
- Able to work independently while problem solving and decision making
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Willing to take initiative and work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a multi-faceted work environment
- You will have a collaborative approach to delivering results through strong relationships with, clients, subcontractors, and team members
- French speaking would be a plus but not mandatory
**CORE DUTIES**:
- Process mail transactions - open, date stamp, sort & distribute accordingly
- Provide clients technical information and prepare quotes
- Coordinate and schedule installation jobs and AB One Call utility locates.
- Issue and receive purchase orders, track incoming invoices and ensure alignment with job/project costs.
- Engage with trade contractors and suppliers regarding invoices and project schedules.
- Work with customers and their online platforms
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers, scanners, and personal computers
- Perform bookkeeping utilizing Sage 50
- Provide administrative support for Health and Safety program (SECOR)
- Liaise and assist with payroll as required
- Other clerical support duties as required & directed
**REQUIRED EDUCATION**:
- College Administration or equivalent

**Job Type**: Write in Job Hours ex 8-4:30pm Full-time 37.5 hours per week, $26.00 to $29.00 per hour depending on relative experience.
Job Location: Rocky View County, AB (10 minutes West of Airdrie)
Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
