Office Administrator

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls.
- Scheduling and coordination of patient appointments.
- Collection of payments and the handling of cash.
- Some accounts receivables.
- Processing of medical insurance claims, WCB claims, and Motor Vehicle Accident claims.
- Filing.
- Light janitorial office cleaning.
- Wash/dry/folding of laundry.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient with Windows based software.
- Ability to type 45 words per minute or more.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is an asset but not required.
Other considerations
- Dependability and timeliness is a must.
- Should be healthy, physically fit, and have good personal hygiene.
- Smoke-free environment.
