**Job description**:
**IT Support & Incident Management**:
Treat, prioritize and respond in a timely manner to all the incidents and service requests aligning with SLAs for timely resolutions.

Keep an up-to-date inventory of company’s cloud resources.

Provide support and assist other teams with all cloud requests.

**Cloud Infrastructure. Administration, Configuration and Maintenance**:
Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, and oversee all aspects of the company’s cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Manage Entra ID Subscriptions: Oversee Entra ID subscriptions, including provisioning and managing subscription resources, monitoring usage, and enforcing governance policies to ensure compliance and cost control.

Monitoring and optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, proactively addressing issues to ensure availability and efficiency while minimizing costs.

Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures for cloud environments, including identity and access controls, network security, data encryption, and regulatory compliance.

Backup and Disaster Recovery: Develop and manage backup and recovery solutions to safeguard data and ensure business continuity, including configuring policies, setting up recovery services, and testing plans.

M365 Administration: Oversee and manage all aspects of Microsoft 365 admin centers, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and other M365 services, ensuring smooth operation, user management, and service optimization.

Automation: Implement automation tools and scripts for streamlined cloud operations and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and procedures.

**IT Projects and Continuous Improvement**:
Participate in/or lead IT projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring successful deliveries.

Stay updated on IT technologies and implement best practices for continuous improvement.

**Support Availability & Flexibility**:
Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot cloud-based problems, and provide support to users or teams as needed.

Respond to urgent incidents and make sure to be available or coordinate with the manager in case on-site support is required.

Occasionally travelling is required.

**Requirements**:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.

Cloud certifications and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus.

At least 3 years experience in system administration

At least 2 years of Cloud (Azure) experience.

ITIL certified or a proven good knowledge of ITIL processes (including Major incidents, Change Management, Documentation, etc.).

Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Team player and mutual respect.

Excellent communication and collaboration skill to work effectively with other members of the IT department.

Proficient with various cloud technologies with focus on Microsoft Entra, including virtualization, containerization, and orchestration technologies.

Deep understanding of Entra ID services, including computing, storage, networking, databases, security, and management tools.

Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure security best practices, identity and access management, network security, encryption, and compliance standards.

Experience with Networking (TCP/IP stack and Fortinet), Database, Software and Servers in the Cloud.

Sound knowledge of Entra ID, M365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and other M365 admin centers.

Experience with PowerShell, Entra ID Cli and Entra ID Resource Manager templates.

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL Server and Python.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to address technical challenges and optimize cloud infrastructure environments.
