**What are your contributions to the team?**:
- Manage Maximo environments: users, roles, security, workflows, integrations.
- Participate in migrations to modern platforms (e.g., GCVE, Azure).
- Collaborate with maintenance, project, and production teams to improve system performance.
- Develop dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) via Maximo and Power BI.
- Ensure data quality and standardization across sites.
- Train users and produce technical documentation.
- Contribute to change management and operational excellence initiatives.
**How to thrive in this role?**:
- College diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Maximo administration.
- Mastery of asset lifecycle management principles.
- Experience with Maximo integrations (ERP, IoT, GIS, Azure).
- Skills in SQL / Oracle databases, automation scripts, workflow configuration.
- Languages: C#,.NET Framework /.NET Core, Java, Python.
- Bilingualism required (French / English).
