**Job Title: IT Administrator & System Support**

**Responsibilities**:
**Establishing and managing a Helpdesk to support end-users with their technical needs.**
- Maintaining IP phones, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Ensuring the security of hardware and software systems by administering antiviruses, making security policies and roadmaps, managing them, and hardening different system parts.
- Administering Azure and SQL server systems and other administration panels based on technical needs.
- Developing dashboards and automation needs based on Microsoft Teams in cooperation with the development team as well as using Power Platforms.
- Assisting the development team with functional testing and other technical tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- at least 3+ years of experience in IT administration and system support.
- Experience with IP phones, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Familiarity with security administration and antivirus management.
- Strong knowledge of Azure and SQL server administration.
- Ability to work in stressful environments on-call
- Active person to handle needs in an innovative and cut-edge technological manner
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Desired / Plus**:

- Proficient in developing dashboards and automation needs based on Microsoft Teams with Microsoft Power Platforms and similar platforms.
- Experience with functional testing.

**Salary**: Starting at $68 000
