Administrative Assistant

**Job duties (not limited to)**
- Code and key in invoices or receipts for a variety of industries
- Weekly drop off and pick-ups for local clients (**Vehicle supplied**:
- **must have Drivers License**)
- Correspond with clients to request documents or other items required by the bookkeeper
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
- Order/pick up office supplies and maintain inventory
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- May compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
- Assisting bookkeepers on their files where needed
- Managing a small list of basic bookkeeping clients
- CSV conversions & making client binders
- Other tasks, as they arise
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18-24 per week
**Salary**: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Quickbooks Online: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (required)
