A Bread Affair is looking for someone to join our team as an **Administrative Assistant.**

**About the role**

A Bread Affair is hiring an **Administrative Assistant** with retail experience to join our team You will be working in the office with 3-4 other staff. You will be responsible for taking on a variety of administrative duties such as managing inventory for the bakery, placing orders with our customers, ensuring staff are meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), managing customer complaint logs, assisting with our organic certification, and updating standard operating procedures (SOP’s).

If you are eager to dive in & learn, have a proactive attitude towards tasks & challenges, have excellent attention to detail & are able to follow up thoroughly with tasks to ensure they are completed to our standards, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and can work with mínimal supervision, then this is the perfect position for you

**Key tasks for the role**
- Inventory management
- Order Desk management
- Point of sales
- Data entry
- Office Support

**Skill Requirement**
- A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a retail setting (required)
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication - English
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Precise attention to detail
- Strong multitasking ability
- Motivation and willingness to learn and grow as a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
