**Job Overview**

As our new Administrative Assistant, you are a proactive and collaborative individual. In this role, you will provide administrative support and report to an administrative lead. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our unique team culture, systems, and processes while contributing to the smooth operation of our office. Working closely with the existing team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative functions and supporting various departments as needed.

**The Details of the Role**
- Provide administrative support to the Administrative Lead and other team members.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.

**Your Experience and Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible schedule with availability for an average of 10-15 hours per week, varying seasonally and flexible to the individual's schedule.
- A general interest in financial planning and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
