Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to support our management team in overseeing daily operations. The Supervisor will lead the front-of-house team, ensure smooth service, and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise servers, bartenders, and hosts during shifts
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns promptly
- Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching staff
- Oversee opening, shift change, and closing duties
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health, and safety standards
- Support inventory checks and FOH stock management
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience as a supervisor, shift leader, or similar role in restaurants or bars
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and BC liquor regulations
- Serving It Right certification required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- $18-$22per hour + tips (based on experience)

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
