**Receptionist/Administrative Assistant**

IMPACT CPA LLP is committed to providing high levels of service to companies doing business in Canada. We are a full professional services firm in the GTA servicing small to medium sized businesses. We provide high quality accounting, audit, tax and advisory services for our diverse client base.
We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a chance to join a dynamic organization, to learn from the high-quality team and to work with clients across industries.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for a clean front-office operation every morning, including checking the lights, signs, and temperatures.

Forward all messages to the responsible staff for resolution.
- Pick up and sort correspondences for distribution, and ordering office supplies
- Schedule partners’ client meetings as needed.
- Import/export staff timer activities to the firm’s bookkeeping software and for approval.
- Prepare time docket with adequate cut-off from last billing and generate invoice for client.
- Prepare client payment deposit/credit card transactions batch total for processing.
- Maintain the client database and periodically check for its accuracy and completeness against other client/work listings.
- Prepare and send monthly client reminder letters for corporate clients, and annually for individual clients.
- Prepare and send monthly Accounts Receivable listing for partners review and its resultant A/R statements to clients.
- Ad hoc data entry and bookkeeping related activities
- Maintain client confidentiality by ensuring a clean-desk policy at the front-office.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma with 1 year of CPA firm experience preferred.
- Team player, with the ability to multi-task, flexible and can work under pressure.
- Detail orientated, and socially confident with good organization and communication skills.
- Having a working knowledge of MS Office programs and QuickBooks software.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English. Ability to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset.

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
