Midland, Canada Huronia Alarm & Fire Security Inc. Full time

The Customer Service Coordinator’s main priority is providing superior customer service to Huronia’s valued customers. They work with their Manager/Supervisor, Alarm Service Manager and Technicians on a daily basis. The hours of work are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a one hour unpaid lunch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take lead on incoming calls.
- Schedule Security Service Technicians.
- Create service tickets/work orders.
- Remote programming of control panels/software, update codes, service-related troubleshooting.
- Track warranty jobs.
- Liaison between Salespeople and Service Technicians.
- Inside sales/service repair quotes.
- May be called on to assist Monitoring/Customer Service Coordinator from time to time.
- Clear, polite, respectful communication with all clients.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset.
- Equivalent education and experience combined.
- 2 to 3 years in a similar type of position. Experience in technical customer service environment is an asset.
- Willingness to learn about security alarm systems.
- Demonstrated ability working within a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other customer-focused computer systems.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Advanced knowledge in Customer Service requirements as per security alarm systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities including diffusing difficult situations.
- Clear criminal record check.

The pay for this position will be based on education and experience.
