- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing using Ceridian Powerpay.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and reports.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support financial audits and reporting.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors regarding billing and account status.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within an office environment.
- Proficiency in Streamline accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and basic accounting principles.
- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliation tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
