**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies for user onboarding and growth, including channel acquisition, community building, and user conversion. Manage product, content and user operation strategies to optimize relevant user metrics.
- Analyze user characteristics, habits, and feedback to identify needs. Collaborate with multi-social media channels and KOLs to introduce new users and enhance engagement.
- Explore innovative opportunities and channels for user acquisition and platform expansion.
- Analyze core user data to map the user journey, identify pain points, and optimize engagement. Coordinate internal and external resources through campaign planning and operations to drive user activity, including deposit and trading volumes.
- Continuously track market trends, competitor strategies, and KOL partnership models. Provide feedback and insights to tailor exclusive promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, with strong relationships with KOLs
- Minimum 5 years of experience in traditional finance or digital assets.
- Knowledge of different channels to reach out to new clients and promote financial products
- Familiarity with leveraging campaigns and other promotional activities to facilitate KOL channel conversions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-24 months

Pay: $44,734.34-$126,204.91 per year

**Experience**:

- Channel Sales or Business Development: 2 years (preferred)
- traditional finance or digital assets: 2 years (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
