**Position: Business Development Manager**The **Business Development Manager for International and Domestic Student Recruitment **will oversee all student recruitment activities, business development activities, account management and marketing events for B2B channels across the country or region your will manage. You will collaborate with the Company’s Senior Mangers and Directors to develop B2B channels and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote international student recruitment for Innivec Colleges. You will be representing one or multiple of our colleges located in either Ontario, British Columbia and Quebec.Requirements**:Essential Criteria**
- You have experience with international or domestic student recruitment for Higher Education
- You have an established and relevant agency network and solid relationships with key stakeholders in these agencies
- A solid understanding of industry trends is essential to inform the group on strategic planning and forecasting
- You have developed and trained education agents on how to promote the brand you represent
- You have experience sourcing agents from fairs, business trips, enquiries, referrals, in general searches in line with business development responsibilities
- You have managed a team of student recruiters or is keen to display readiness to manage a team of student recruiters
- You have experience in generating new revenue from existing streams and accounts as well as identifying new opportunities
- You have a proven track record of assisting in identifying and supporting developing potential business partners and growing existing client relationships
- You have experience performing client research including (but not limited to) meeting/engaging with key players in the industry
- You are a highly motivated character who strives for success in all areas
- You are confident in your delivery of workshops, presentations, holding conferences and being in front of the camera
- **Desirable Criteria**_
- CRM or database management experience.
- We will consider applicants who have represented an institution directly (located anywhere in the world) or with significant agency experience where you have managed a sub network of agents
**Location**The position is hybrid. Ideally you will be located in Vancouver, Canada OR Toronto, Canada and able to travel with ease. This is because your main marketing activities will be held in this area (agents are based here)**Reporting Lines**This position reports to the Senior Manager/ Director and will directly represent the college brand.
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
