**THE TEAM**:
Aquilini Group (“AG”) is a diversified family business founded in Vancouver, BC more than 50 years ago with roots in the real estate development and construction industry. Today the company owns and manages an international real estate portfolio that includes commercial and residential properties, hotels, golf courses, vineyards and blueberry and cranberry farms. In addition to its ongoing pursuits in real estate development and construction, AG has expanded its holdings to include assets in the sports & entertainment, renewable energy, aquaculture, tourist attractions, restaurants, and food & beverage industries.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Aquilini Development is seeking a Business Systems Analyst based in our newly renovated office in downtown Vancouver. In this newly created role, the Analyst will report directly to the Director, Information Technology and be part of the team responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and continuously improving technology solutions. The Analyst is hands-on in providing and delivering analysis, implementation, support, and integration of CRM and BI solutions while ensuring superior quality across business technology solutions through the proactive management and optimization of solutions. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
(other duties may be assigned, as required)

**Business Solutions Management (build, support, monitor) - 70%**
- Configures and sets up new modules and features
- Utilizes strong data analytics skills, including the ability to break down data models efficiently
- Manages data governance and data quality to ensure data integrity, cleaning, access, migration, refresh, and backup
- Manages incidents to quickly diagnose and resolve incoming bugs, troubleshoots and remediates issues in data code, processes, or sources
- Updates technical documentation
- Develops database queries and conducts analyses
- Performs mass exports, transformations, and uploads/updates of data
- Manages CRM customizations including objects, fields, workflows, approval process, validation rules
- Manages release deployments on production of new reports, dashboards, and features

**Business Analysis - 30%**
- Collects business requirements and translates them into technical specifications
- Updates functional documentation and business flows
- Manages and builds reports and dashboards in conjunction with user input

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related technical fields
- 2+ years on solutions CRM and BI solutions
- Proficient with Power BI or Tableau
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate is preferred
- Proficient with SQL Server / SQL Database
- Experience with any ERP, Salesforce, Salesforce Administrator Certified, Microsoft Power Automate are an asset
- Able to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- Is curious and continuously learn and develops oneself
- Committed to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- Has a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize an issue/request backlog
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, problem-solving, time management and organization skills
