As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to manage workflow, organize shop operations, and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and staff.

**About the Role**

The Service Coordinator is the central hub of our service and repair department. You’ll be responsible for scheduling jobs, managing daily and weekly workflow, and ensuring all projects move efficiently from quote to completion.

** This position requires a proactive, organized, and confident professional — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and takes initiative to keep the team on track. You’ll work closely with customers, technicians, and management to balance priorities, anticipate challenges, and maintain exceptional service standards. **

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate trailer repair and manufacturing jobs, optimizing daily and weekly workflow.
- Communicate with customers to understand needs, provide accurate quotes, and manage expectations.
- Create and maintain detailed service schedules, adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate across the service, parts, and manufacturing departments to ensure resources and materials align.
- Prepare and process quotes, work orders, and invoices accurately and promptly.
- Support technicians and staff with organization, job planning, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve workflow or scheduling issues proactively.
- Maintain service records, reports, and job tracking systems.
- Contribute to improving processes, efficiency, and communication within the department.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations (automotive, trailer, or heavy equipment industry preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and technical staff.
- Experience with quoting, invoicing, and service management software
- Proven ability to manage priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of trailer construction, repair, or manufacturing is an asset.

Pay: $28.00-$43.24 per hour
