**The Position**
- Electrical Service Coordinator
- Full time, with 40 hours a week
- Monday to Friday
- Office located in Abbottsford, BC
- Wage based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch and schedule technicians.
- Assist Service and Special Project Managers to maintain appropriate staffing levels and workload distribution to meet customer timelines and business needs.
- Assist Service Manager and Special Project Manager in sourcing and orders materials and equipment for each job when requested.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors.
- Ensure permits are in place and inspections are called.
- Perform miscellaneous duties to support the service department.

**Qualifications and Skills Requirements**
- Red Seal Electrical Certificate with minimum 5 years' experience as a journeyperson.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook scheduling.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
- Cooperative and willing to assist others in the company and work in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:
