**Job Overview**

**Requirements and Skills**
- Valid OMVIC Licence required
- Valid Driver’s licence required: G preferred; M2 or M would be a bonus
- Ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
- Industry experience preferred
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Time management skills
- Maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with high energy
- Ability to work as part of a team

**Job Description and daily activities**
- Provide customers with information regarding powersports vehicles for sale
- Overcome objections of prospective customers
- Complete sales of powersports vehicles while offering additional products and/or services
- Conduct product deliveries for customers after powersports vehicle purchases
- Follow up on all leads from a variety of sources
- Conduct test drives of powersports vehicles for sale
- Build and foster a network of referrals and establish a portfolio
- Update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge
- Use social media marketing platforms to enhance further sales opportunities

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
