Job Description As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you champion the customer experience in the wireless department. You help consumers and business customers achieve their working & learning goals by sharing expertise on the latest wireless products, services, and trends. Your role involves ongoing self‑development and collaboration with the store team and other business units. Some Of What You Will Do You enable our culture of work, learn, and grow for customers and associates, continually expanding your knowledge and sharing expertise. Specifically, You Will Connect, share, and partner with customers, identifying and converting wireless and wireline sales opportunities. Help customers exceed their needs, be an expert with our product and services, and follow up to solicit feedback. Partner with the store team to build awareness of offers and encourage referrals. Achieve personal sales goals. Maintain merchandising standards, including current pricing. Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards. Stay updated through internal communication channels. Resolve customer concerns effectively and escalate to management when necessary. Qualifications 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience. Customer focus and service orientation. Demonstrated strong selling ability. Ability to coach others. Effective communication across multiple mediums. Planning, organizing, and prioritizing efficiently. Technology savvy, curious, approachable, passionate, and a problem solver.
