We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Volvo Cars Hamilton. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of premium Volvo vehicles to prospective customers. This is a full commission-based position, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated individuals with excellent sales skills and a passion for luxury automobiles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell new and pre-owned Volvo vehicles to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Volvo's product lineup, features, and benefits, staying up to date with new releases and technological advancements.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to identify their specific requirements and preferences, and recommend suitable Volvo vehicles accordingly.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and functionalities, highlighting the unique selling points of Volvo cars, and provide test drives to interested customers.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers to secure sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability for the dealership.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and achieve individual sales goals.
- Generate leads and prospect for potential customers through various channels, including referrals, networking events, online platforms, and other sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, following up with leads and existing customers to provide ongoing support and generate repeat business.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position and differentiate Volvo vehicles in the marketplace.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and vehicle inventory using our CRM system.
- Participate in training programs and product knowledge sessions to enhance sales skills and stay updated with Volvo's latest offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar luxury sales environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with customers.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and provide persuasive sales pitches.
- Strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for luxury automobiles, particularly the Volvo brand.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Please note that this is a full commission-based position, offering competitive commission rates and the potential for high earnings based on your sales performance.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
